Working Groups
Working groups are delegations of the Council which take responsibility for a specific part of its operations, run by one or more councillors. They are formed, and councillor membership is constituted, according to Regulation 12 of the Standing Orders. Councillors are usually appointed at the annual parish meeting, of which the most recent resolution you can find here.
By inspecting the relevant agenda here you will see that there is a section of each group where the working group will update the full council on its activities over the past month and raise any points for discussion and/or vote by the full council.
Day-to-day however, working groups operate independent of the full council, being run by the designated councillors.
Here we include information on each working group, its remit of responsibility, and which councillors are involved, as well as contact details for each group should you have a specific concern or query you would like to raise.
