Council regulations
The regulations of the council govern the personal and corporate conduct of its members.
The Standing Orders govern the conduct of meetings, appointment of members to working parties the personal and corporate conduct of members includinga code of conduct, declaration of personal and pecuniary interests and relations with third parties, amongst other things.
The Financial Regulations govern accounting and auditing of the council’s finances, how external payments are authorised and actioned, and how the council enters into financial contracts with third parties, how income and insurance are dealt with and the administration of grants, donations and loans.
